Welcome to icandothat.ai. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the icandothat.ai website and all tools, features, and services offered through it (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Description of Service
icandothat.ai is operated by ICanDoThat LLC, a Rhode Island limited liability company. We provide free, browser-based tools powered by artificial intelligence. Our flagship tool, Clutter to Cash, helps users identify household items, estimate their market value, and generate ready-to-post sales listings. The Service is ad-supported and does not require an account, login, or payment to use.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using any part of the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and that you accept these Terms in full. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not upload, submit, or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service. Automated access, scraping, or data harvesting of the Service is prohibited without prior written consent from ICanDoThat LLC.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, design, branding, code, and visual elements of the Service are the property of ICanDoThat LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any photos you upload and any content generated by the tools based on your inputs. You grant ICanDoThat LLC no rights to your uploads or generated content beyond what is necessary to provide the Service to you in real time.
5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
The Service uses artificial intelligence, including Google Gemini and OpenAI, to identify items, estimate prices, and generate listing descriptions. These results are automated estimates and suggestions, not professional appraisals or guarantees of value. Prices reflect publicly available market data at the time of analysis and may not reflect actual sale prices. You are solely responsible for verifying all information before using it in any transaction. ICanDoThat LLC is not liable for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from reliance on AI-generated content.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ICanDoThat LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your data. In short: we do not require accounts, we do not collect personal information, and uploaded inputs are stored on Cloudflare R2 under an anonymous session-scoped path and deleted automatically within six months by an R2 lifecycle rule. 8. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third-party providers to function, including Google AdSense and Google IMA SDK for advertising, Google Gemini (with a Google Lens fallback) for item identification, and OpenAI for listing draft generation. These providers operate under their own terms of service and privacy policies, which govern any data they process. ICanDoThat LLC is not responsible for the practices, policies, or availability of any third-party service. Links to third-party sites or services are provided for convenience only and do not constitute an endorsement.
9. Advertising
The Service is free to use and is funded through advertising. We display ads through Google AdSense and rewarded video ads through the Google IMA SDK. Ads may be personalized based on your browsing activity as determined by Google. You may opt out of personalized advertising through your Google Ads Settings. We do not control the content of third-party advertisements.
10. Modifications to the Service
ICanDoThat LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We may add new tools, remove existing tools, or change how existing tools work. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms or conduct that we determine to be harmful to the Service, other users, or ICanDoThat LLC. Since the Service does not require an account, termination may take the form of IP-based access restrictions or other technical measures.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Rhode Island, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Providence County, Rhode Island.
